Author's Professional Biography

Martin M. Davis is the author of two books for Christians in recovery: 1) Ashes into Gold: The Journey of Spirituality and
2) The Gospel and the Twelve Steps: Following Jesus on the Path of Recovery.

Martin M. Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor with fifteen years experience as a therapist, both in private practice and with the counseling ministry of a large evangelical Christian church. Formerly, he held the position of Clinical Supervisor for The American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and was also an adjunct professor of Marriage and Family Therapy at Mississippi College, Clinton, MS. Mr. Davis is now a full-time writer, counselor, workshop presenter, and artist. He is married to Sara W. Davis, his wife, best friend, and partner in the ministry of writing.
